Suitable as slidable replacement for besta system (polish manufacturer)

Changes:

• Thinner base - 3mm
• More clearance for gear (0.2mm because in my mount it fits too tight)
• Removed rounding near vertical element, because it did not went far enough
• A little bigger mount holes
• Printing in another orientation (witu support) to make gear stronger
