Modelo 3D Precision Pyramid Nerf Target por bradsprinterworks no MakerWorld

Descrição

Yet another Nerf target has been created, this time with a little bit of competitive flair! I present the Precision Pyramid, a target that challenges your aim for training your skills!

This target features numbered blocks that stack up in a pyramid, and have extra wings on the sides. This target uses thirty two 8x3 round magnets (may be able to use 6x3, but may not hold together as well). This allows each individual block section to be knocked out and reassembled.

Each block (except for the bottom two) has a score on it: (1) +10 , (4) +5 , (5) -5. the goal is to blast away all the positive values while leaving the negatives alone, to get the ultimate score of 30; but be careful as each miss of the target counts as -2 and each negative block counts as -5. If you manage to get all positives (no neg) then you can add up your score to 40 points! Players keep blasting until each positive block is knocked down and each player counts the score when done. Highest score wins! Of course this is only one suggested way to play, feel free to make up your own rules :)

The back is blank and allows for custom targets as well, either modeled or drawn/painted on!

Printing and Assembly

As mentioned before this target uses 32 8x3 magnets. Note: This pyramid can be printed without magnets, but it is much more structurally sound with them  included and the wings will not stay on without magnets!!

I have included letters inside the print that are only visible during the printing process that show which magnet holes align with others. They are in matching pairs, and there is a picture above that shows the orientation. I have provided a profile that should be easy to print and each plate has one tier of targets. I suggest starting with the bottom and working your way up. Once you have the first layer printed (and magnets are embedded), print each respective layer and use the previously printed layer as a guide for magnet orientation. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THIS CORRECT AS THESE MAGNETS ARE EMBEDDED AND CANNOT BE REMOVED AFTER THE PRINT IS COMPLETE.

This is designed this way to avoid needing any extra hardware/glue/tape to keep the magnets in. I have used PLA plastic and it seems to work just fine over many tests with a k25 Caliburn. Aeon Pro worked well too! PETG is also recommended for even better durability.

The included profile has the pauses already set to just before the magnet holes are covered. This can be printed on the A1 mini and bigger machines, but the profile was built for the mini. More profiles will be made in the future for other machines, but feel free to create your own!
