A wire stripper for removing the PVC sheath of PVT wire.
A single edge razor blade is all that is required. Assemble by placing first the base, then the razor blade onto the three posts. Push the arm onto the pin (this will require a bit of force), then sandwich it with the top. See gif for usage.
