At work we needed a way to get notified when someone was in the lobby. Some would by equipment otherwise would tinker. 
I had a few QTPY laying around and I connected to a cloud function. 

User presses button, button calls an Appwrite function to take a picture from security camera and send a teams message using webhook. 

This is for the QTPY ESP32-S2 but other varients might work.
