Bambu線盤-乾燥劑烘乾用PETG 我將bambu原廠料盤用完後,設計了可以烘乾乾燥劑的空氣流通容器,我是用SHAPR3D繪製,並且內部有專屬卡榫可以很穩定的卡住料盤原本的突起卡點,實現穩定且不會脫落的運作。 
設計解釋:
我的設計主要是將 Bambu 3D 列印機的線盤 重新利用,變成 乾燥劑的烘乾容器,確保乾燥劑可以長時間有效運作,避免受潮影響列印品質。 
重點更新推薦bambu原廠料盤有耐溫差異,推薦使用灰黑色的bambu原廠料盤,才能承受更高的耐溫~


關鍵特點: 
空氣流通設計 – 允許熱風或自然風乾燥乾燥劑,提高烘乾效率。 專屬卡榫結構 – 內部設計能穩定固定在線盤原本的卡點上,避免滑動或掉落。 材料選擇 (PETG) 或ABS– PETG 具有耐高溫、耐濕特性,非常適合用來製作這種容器。 這樣的設計不但環保 (再利用線盤),還能提高乾燥劑的使用壽命,確保 3D 列印材料保持最佳狀態,是一個 實用且創新的 DIY 解決方案! 🎯

打印過程: 
打底因為網格複雜,大概會花三個小時,剩餘就是外牆體和中心支撐,中心支撐我設計比較厚實,更為耐用,請耐心等候,成果肯定會讓你開心的。


因為不太確定不同材料收縮率,因此我測試了多款卡榫設計並且與實際打印出來,終於找出最完美切合的核心大小!!!


感謝@orangehead911提出的新點子,讓我想到可以設計成讓大家自行調整網格的想法和設計,於是我設計了第二版本,打印速度更快並且切片也更快速的網格自訂填充版本~大家可以打印這版本看看~(為了確保穩定度與堅固程度,我在網格的版本位置有增厚一點,讓不同密度的網格都有不錯的耐用度)
 

 


Bambu Spool – PETG Drying Container for Desiccant

After using up the original Bambu spool, I designed an airflow container specifically for drying desiccant. I used SHAPR3D for modeling, and the interior features custom clips that securely fasten to the original protrusions on the spool, ensuring stable operation without any risk of detachment.

Design Explanation:

My design mainly repurposes the Bambu 3D printer spool, turning it into a drying container for desiccant to ensure that the desiccant works effectively for a long time and prevents moisture from affecting print quality.

Key Update:
The original Bambu spools have different temperature resistance. It is recommended to use the gray-black original Bambu spool, as it can withstand higher temperatures.

Key Features:

  • Airflow Design: Allows hot air or natural wind to dry the desiccant, improving drying efficiency.
  • Custom Clip Structure: The internal design securely fixes onto the original spool’s protrusions, preventing slipping or falling off.
  • Material Choice (PETG or ABS): PETG is highly suitable for this container due to its high-temperature and moisture resistance.
  • Eco-friendly: Reuses old spools, extending the life of desiccant and ensuring 3D printing materials stay in optimal condition. This is a practical and innovative DIY solution! 🎯

Printing Process:

Due to the complexity of the base mesh, printing the base takes about three hours. The remaining time is for the outer walls and central support. The central support is designed to be thicker for increased durability. Please be patient—the results will definitely make you happy!

 

Because I was unsure about the shrinkage rates of different materials, I tested several clip designs and printed them out, eventually finding the perfect core size for a snug fit.


Thanks to @orangehead911 for the new idea, which inspired me to design a version where everyone can adjust the grid themselves. So I created a second version — a customizable infill grid that prints faster and slices more quickly. Feel free to give this version a try!(To ensure stability and strength, I slightly thickened the areas of the grid version so that grids with different densities still maintain good durability.)
