to download files check under stl/cad files or something, makerworld is funky like that
NO SUPPORTS NEEDED (unless your printer has really bad issues with bridging) 
i always printed the outer case with a brim and when i tried without it seemed fine (disable brim at your own risk though)

edited heavily to add outer shell and ability to use battery holders and some bme sensors without additional tools :) 
btw if you add the outer case and its not fitting well, try using a deburring tool or a piece of metal to round over the corners as when they come off the build plate there can be some expansion on the first layer :p all of my internal cases have been deburred 

to print from step file, just right click the item and split into objects :)) if you want to have the mesh for sensors check the (bme280 and bme680 shell with mesh.3mf)   and each folder has the f3d and step file for each type! the bme 280 and bme 680 are thicker so the dupont wires have more space to bend btw 
feel free to edit and change the cases for your own designs! sometimes if theres too much friction or too little you can change the offset in between the outer case and inner case from the fusion file, or just add a small piece of tape :)
