龜殼占卜

這是一種古老的中國文化占卜學，龜殼以深咖啡色的條紋組成，龜殼底的顏色為較淺的咖啡色。 另有三枚外圓內方的銅錢。 漢人傳統社會喜求神問卜，從商代開始便盛行用龜甲占卜來決定吉凶和行為模式，操作時會將銅錢塞入龜殼中，再以掉出來的銅錢排列進行占卜問卦。

雖然我上色的不夠完美(變成很像是可頌和麵包了…)，您可以選擇咖啡色或是陶土色來達到更加美觀，龜殼可以打開，有設計組合卡榫，為了凸顯龜殼很天然且自然化，因此凹槽與坑洞都是按照自然龜殼占卜時候的樣態設計。

Tortoiseshell Divination

This is an ancient Chinese divination practice. The tortoiseshell features dark brown stripes with a lighter brown base color. Additionally, there are three round copper coins with square holes in the center.

In traditional Han society, people often sought guidance through divination. Since the Shang Dynasty, tortoiseshell divination has been widely used to determine fortune and guide actions. The practice involves inserting the copper coins into the tortoiseshell and interpreting the arrangement of the fallen coins to predict outcomes.

Although my coloring isn’t perfect (it kind of looks like a croissant or bread now... 😅), you can use brown or terracotta colors for a more refined look. The tortoiseshell can be opened and features a locking mechanism for assembly. To highlight its natural and organic feel, the grooves and pits are designed to resemble the authentic patterns found in traditional tortoiseshell divination.
