Modelo 3D Mini Roulette por sdaendi no MakerWorld

Descrição

With a length of about 22cm, this roulette table is really very small, but still works perfectly and is a lot of fun to play with and you don't even need additional hardware

Update A1 Mini:

Due to some requests I have now created a version that is compatible with the A1 Mini, it is now available as a separate pressure profile, both the standard and the bearing version. Simply print the body (1-4) plates of your choice.

Update for 608 Bearing:

Due to high demand, there is now also a version for a 608 ball bearing, print the 608Bearing plate instead of the normal one if you have a bearing. The file can be found in the top print profile

Assembly is very simple. There are a total of 3 print profiles, the first is for the whole table, the second is for the balls and pokerchips and the third is an optional profile for the turntable and the upper table top, printed with a 0.2mm nozzle to be able to read all numbers better, but it also works with a 0.4mm nozzle and is much faster. Here you can see a comparison:

For the accessories, I created two printing plates in the accesory print profile, one with the poker chips and one with the balls. If you want to print several, you can duplicate the models in the slicer or adjust the quantity on your smartphone before sending them to the printer.

Important: I recommend cleaning the printing plate thoroughly, as the chips are very small, I would also definitely take a quick look after the first layer to make sure and possibly skip an object that has come loose, but with a clean printing board you shouldn't have any problems. I would also use a smooth plate rather than a textured one to be on the safe side.

The 3d printed balls work pretty well, but if you want perfect balls, I recommend the Bambulab Stainless Steel balls 5mm, these roll better as they are much rounder, the drawers have space for a total of 13 balls

Support Instruction

Only two parts need support, the rest can be printed without any problems. Just follow these two steps.

  1. the main part absolutely needs manual support, as the automatic support cannot be removed due to the drawer mechanism. Therefore select the options marked with the red arrow and click with the Paint Support Tool on the parts marked with the green arrow. (1st Picture)
  2. The frame part also needs support, but here you can easily select the automatic support. (2nd Picture)

Building instructions

First of all, stick the disk with the numbers onto the wheel and insert the spin into the whole.

Then you only have to put the remaining parts together as shown in the following picture and you're done. However, you still have to remove the support from the parts, which in my opinion is best done with pliers, especially on the main part, but it can be removed very easily.

Now give it a good spin and start gambling, have fun.
