The Suspended Makerpoint is a stylish interpretation of the Makerpoint, the currency of Makerworld. This model combines a futuristic design with a mesmerizing floating effect. The inner Makerpoint appears to be suspended in the center of the hexagonal frame, held in place by fine printed structures that resemble tension elements.
It serves as an eye-catching collectible or decorative piece for any fan of MakerWorld. Perfect as a centerpiece on your desk or in your workshop!
Printing Instructions:
To ensure the best results when printing the suspended makerpoint, please follow these steps:
- Prepare the Print Bed (Important Step!):
- Clean the print bed thoroughly with alcohol or, preferably, isopropyl alcohol to ensure proper adhesion.

- Adhesion Tips:
- Additional adhesive is highly recommended! Use 3D-Lac spray for optimal results.
- Alternatively, use hairspray on PEI print beds or a glue stick for Bambu’s original Cool Plate to ensure the model adheres securely during the print process.
