The Bosch Router Table comes with 3 different sizes of insert rings for their router table. The tabs on the Bosch rings break off easily and the height of the rings aren't level with the top of the table. I designed my rings to offer more sizes (8 total) to give more choices. Having an insert ring that more closely matches the router bit size improves dust collection and provides better stability for small wood pieces. I also designed these to fit flush with the top of the router table. This improves accuracy of your cut on small wood pieces.  Finally, my first design had the 4 tabs almost identical to the Bosch design. I found that these tabs broke easily. I beefed them up with a different design so that breakage rarely occurs. The result is a much tighter fit. When installing the first time it may take a little tap from your fist, piece of wood, or rubber mallet. They do fit more loosely the second time. If too tight due to router table or 3D print tolerances or user preference, you can scale X and Y in your Slicer by maybe 99.9 or 99.8% to adjust the fit.  Also. I've found that the Bosch Table tolerances vary from unit to unit. You can adjust the Z-axis in your Slicer if you want your prints to fit more flush. I would rather the insert fit slightly below table height than above table height.  I provided slots at each tab to insert a flat bladed screw driver to easily pry out the ring from thr table.

I also included a case to store your rings and a ring with no hole to install when your router table isn't in use.

I Printed mine with PLA however PETG or ASA might be a better choice. I printed with 0.2mm layer height and 4 wall loops to ensure strong tabs. No supports are required.

Please: when using your router table follow all safety procedures given by Bosch or your router manufacturer. Use push sticks, push blocks, and feather boards were applicable to protect those fingers especially when routing small pieces of wood.

8/5/2025:  I had a request for an insert that would accommodate bushing guides so added a design in a new template. I designed based on dimensions I found on the internet. I successfully printed however I could not verify with an actual bushing. If you print and install a bushing leave a comment on how it turned out and if I needed to make adjustments. It unfortunately requires supports. It also requires accuracy. Supports tend to decrease accuracy. Make sure the supported area is fully cleaned out.
