I have had issues with small drawers bases falling out under load so I made these little supports to be super glued to the back of the drawer.   I have angled them so that the side that is to be glued is on the base plate so it can have a little texture to give the glue more to hold on to. Please be carefull not to super glue these to porus wood as doing so is a fire risk!
