I've updated this model to adopt the recent changes of the multiboard tiles to 6.2mm and offset snaps to 6.25mm.

This small tool is used to align a multiboard tile to an edge. A clamp can also be used to prevent the tile from moving.

Print settings:

• wall loops: 3

Attached is the fusion file, to adopt this aligning tool to your specific needs. The following parameter can be changed:

• distance to the aligning edge
• length of the support (Support_length)
• width of the support (Support_width)
• height of the stopping edge (stop_height)

Change the paramter:

• Open the f3d-file with fusion360
• open modify → change parameter
• change the values under “expression”

Limitations:

• Distance: ≥ 0.6mm
• Support_length: ≤ Distance
• Support_width: ≤ 14mm

The stop_height shall be set to the thickness of the aligning edge -1mm.

e.g. if you have a 16mm wood plate, set the stop_height to 15mm.

The file lists includes also:

• 0mm distance file without support
• 10mm distance file (example)
• 20mm distance file (example)
