I improved the hinge as requested to be able to print the case with PLA/PETG and avoid failure.
I doubled the diameter of the hinge, giving it a more robust support:

I printed it and tested it many times, and it didn't fail, but please, go ahead, print it and test it yourselves to make sure it works flawlessly.
Any feedback is well received and helps me improving my designs.

I printed 4 of Printworthy's Golf Tee Elevator as a gift, but I wanted to boost a little bit my delivery, so I decided to design this carrying case to store 4 of them.
It is a small box that won't take much space in your carry bag: 109 mm x 111 mm x 18 mm.
It features an easy-to-take-out design to easily grab and pull the elevators:

Besides, it features a locking lid mechanism to secure it closed when stored in your carry bag:

Since golf is a sport practiced outdoors, I wanted to make sure that the case could stand the elements, mainly the potential high temperatures and exposure to UV light. Hence, I printed it using Bambu Lab's green ASA and created the corresponding print profile. I tested it and it works under the following conditions:
- Previously dried filament
- Bambu Lab's Texture PEI Plate generously coated with Bambu Lab's Glue Stick for Build Plate
However, easier-to-print materials like PLA and PETG might be a good fit as well. I will be uploading their corresponding print profiles soon!
In addition, despite the print profile already providing all the specific parameters' values you need, I want to emphasize the following critical ones:
- No supports at all. Despite suggested by Bambu Studio while slicing — as a warning —, using supports might block the hinge mechanism's free movement, preventing the case from opening and closing as intended.
- Seam position: Nearest. While keeping the default “Aligned” value, I observed better results using the “Nearest” option while inspecting the model layer by layer in the Preview.
- Wall generator: Arachne. This is a crucial parameter, since keeping the default “Classic” option will prevent the hinge mechanism from properly printing the enclosure around the pin.
