This spool holder is great for many reasons. First, it fits almost every brand 1kg spool*. Second, it can be a stand-alone spool holder that sits nicely on any desk**. Third, the spool holder is modular, so it can be customized to hold any number of spools. To customize, simply print the number of spools you want to hold minus two, and then print the right and left. Then, print all of the necessary connectors. The connections are not permanent, so at any time spool holders could be added or removed for your desired number of spools.

*based on the dimensions it should work for every 1kg spool, but it has only been tested with a bambu spool, a creality ender PLA spool, and an overture PLA spool.

**The stand-alone version was designed to sit on top of a wall mounted husky organizer, but it can be used on any desk surface.

That is why there are octagon cut outs on the bottom.
