Me Grimlock, the Autobot Dino. Designed style of Articulated Flexi's by HX8 (HAN).

Designed from scratch in Tinkercad, and similar in the way to keep up the similarity in line of the mighty Transformers chibi's.

Here we have Grimlock.. He is the leader of the Dinobots, and a T-Rex.. Who doesnt like T-rex's.. Am I right?

OK, This guy is pretty Long, and there are some hurdles.

Pretty basic print profile.

0.20 layer height

3 Walls 

Flush to infill. ( I always send some purge items with these many color prints, it is better than tossing poop into the bin)

I also run Hilbert Curve as the top layer, but you can do as you like.

OK, The Nitty Gritty

Plate 2, the wings.. They fit tight.. like real tight on the insert on the back. I just used my filament nipper, ( I dont know if you have one, but if you don't.. I recommend a pair ) 

Ok, so I just nip the bottom corner off at 45 degrees up to the base of the wing. ( I know, I tried modelling it with the chamfer, but whi I prited it, It just didn't like it, so the nippers it i s. I know its a design flaw, but also a 2 second fix.

Plate 3… This is really annoying, but man, looks so good . 

Those little pieces just pressure fit into the slits on the legs.  Watchout, they are angles on one end.. I slide the angled part in to the slot, and then when its all the way at the end, I used a little wood block to press it down hard on a sturdy table.. It makes a really satisfying sound..
