Make a light from cardboard spools. Instead of throwing that cardboard spool out, turn it into a nice lamp for the house. The spool is used as the base to create a nice looking layered lamp for nightstand or desk.

This was designed for Bambu cardboard spools. I have not tested this with other filament brands, but scaling may work. This model also uses the cutout in one end for the Bambu Lab LED Lamp Kit wire to pass through.

Profile

There are 3 plates included in the profile.

• Spool Ends (Required) - These attach to the ends of the cardboard spool. The bottom holds the Bambu Lab LED Lamp Kit and has cutouts for the wire. The top holds the layered structure.
• Layers (Required/Repeat) - This has the layered structure that sits above the ends. It has been cloned to print 3 at a time. Print as many as you want. The pictures have 12 layers.
• Top Layer (Optional) - A single closed layer that sits at the top of the lamp.

Assembly

1. Place the Bambu Lab LED Lamp Kit in the bottom end.
2. Press the cardboard spool into the bottom end. Make sure the spool cutout is aligned with the wire.
3. Press the top end onto the top of the cardboard spool.
4. Assemble the layers first by aligning the pegs with the holes and press together. You may need to press firmly, so apply pressure close to the pegs so as not to break the layers.
5. Press the layers into the top end that is already connected to the spool.
