Tired of harsh, undimmable light from your nightstand lamp? I was too! That's why I designed this simple yet effective bulb diffuser, perfect for softening the glow of your standard E26 or E27 light bulbs.

This diffuser offers a quick and easy solution to create a more relaxing and ambient lighting environment.

Included Versions:

• Open Top Diffuser: Allows some light to escape upwards, providing a balanced, soft glow.
• Closed Top Diffuser: Blocks all upward light, creating a more focused and subdued downward illumination.

Important Safety Information:

• LED Bulbs Recommended: This diffuser is designed for use with cool-running LED bulbs.
• High-Temperature Filaments for Incandescent: If you must use incandescent bulbs, which generate significant heat, ensure you print the diffuser using a high-temperature resistant material such as ABS, ASA, or Nylon. Failure to do so could result in melting or fire hazard.

Installation Instructions:

1. Prepare the Lamp: Carefully unscrew the light bulb and the collar that secures the lampshade.
2. Install the Base Disk: Place the base disk on top of the lampshade and re-secure it with the collar.
3. Insert the Bulb: Screw the light bulb back into the socket.
4. Attach the Diffuser: Gently slide the chosen diffuser (open or closed top) over the light bulb. The diffuser will rest securely on the base disk.

Printing Tips:

• PLA is acceptable for LED bulbs.
• For incandescent bulbs, use heat resistant materials.
• Ensure good bed adhesion for the base disk.
• IF you have issues with the extrusions on the diffuser try slowing down the print
