Simple modular pullout herb and spice rack
I created this because I wanted a better way to organize our herbs and spices, I wanted to make it easy, fast to print and as simple as possible. The idea was to just have multiple single pullout trays/drawers but it evolved into being modular with the ability to have various size drawers on the mounts.
pay attention to which brackets you print as the brackets designed for single trays will not take the larger trays due to guiders running down the brackets.
included in the project is:
Glider
Single tray/drawer
double tray/drawer
triple tray/drawer
quad tray/drawer
Single bracket
Double bracket for single trays/drawer ONLY
Triple bracket for single trays/drawer ONLY
Quad bracket for single trays/drawer ONLY
Double modular bracket for either two singles or one double tray/drawer
Triple modular bracket for either three singles / one single & one double / one triple tray/drawer
Quad modular bracket for either four singles / two doubles / two singles & one double / one single & one triple / one quad tray/drawer
Components required:
M3 threaded heat set insert nuts. I used a soldering iron to set them in the hole on the underside of the gliders.

M3 round flat head screws. These are used to screw the tray/drawer to the glider.

Small wood screws with a head diameter no bigger than 7mm (countersunk hole in bracket set at 7.5mm & 82 deg angle) used to mount bracket to surface.
The gliders are inserted into the bracket when mounting, I'd suggest you print enough gliders to fill the bracket in case you change the configuration in the future, doing this will mean you will not have to uninstall to insert gliders.

Slide the gliders to the back of the bracket, place the tray/drawer on top and use the M3 flat head screw to attach the tray/drawer to the glider.
