This 3D puzzle cube was designed as part of the PLTW course Design and Modeling 1.6 Investigate the Inside project, where we explored how mechanical dissection helps improve product design. Since I didn’t have access to foam puzzle cubes, I designed my own to 3D print. This puzzle can be scaled to any size and is designed to hold together without glue, magnets, or extra support—making it fun, durable, and accessible.
