Here is a simple mini zen garden, take a brake raking the sand around the rocks and watering the moss.

For this first design I kept it simple in the spirit of the japanese minimalism “Ma 間” this is a two part design with the garden being elevated by the base.

The top part have two compartments and can be printed with wood filament for better aesthetics.
the flat part is designed for a little sand garden, you can even add rocks to act as islands and you have a rake to draw the waves.
The rake is designed so it's easier to use in this scale.
The curved part will hold the moss, I'll advise on using natural moss that you'll have to water from time to time.
The bottom part could be printed with white or marble filament.

I would advise in getting the moss sand and rocks near where you live as they are pretty easy to find in most places.
