Filament Sensor Modification on Creality K1C

**Description:**

I designed a modified support for the filament sensor on the Creality K1C, relocating its position to the back. This change allows the filament to enter from the upper left side (front view), improving filament management and extrusion reliability.

**Main modifications:**

- The filament sensor has been flipped to better adapt to the filament feed path.
- The filament enters from the top, on the left side of the machine (front view).
- I added a PTFE tube guide with a wide radius to ensure a smooth filament passage, reducing friction and potential jams.
- For mounting the support, the three fixing screws must be replaced with M3x10 screws, while the original screws can still be used for the sensor.

This solution enhances filament handling, especially for spools of flexible or high-friction materials.

Modifica del Sensore del Filamento sulla Creality K1C

**Descrizione:**

Ho disegnato un supporto modificato per il sensore del filamento della Creality K1C, spostandone la posizione nella parte posteriore. Questo cambiamento permette al filo di entrare dalla parte superiore sinistra (vista frontalmente), migliorando la gestione del filamento e l'affidabilità dell'estrusione.

**Modifica principale:**

- Il sensore del filamento è stato ribaltato per adattarsi meglio al percorso del filo di alimentazione.
- Il filo arriva dall'alto, dal lato sinistro della macchina (vista frontalmente).
- Ho aggiunto una guida per il tubo in PTFE con una raggiatura ampia per garantire un passaggio morbido del filamento, riducendo attriti e possibili inceppamenti.
- Per il montaggio del supporto, è necessario sostituire le 3 viti di fissaggio con viti M3x10, mentre per il sensore si possono riutilizzare le stesse viti originali.

Questa soluzione migliora la gestione del filamento, specialmente per bobine di materiali flessibili o con maggiore attrito.
