This is a compilation of parts I designed to create RC ramps for cars like the Losi Micro B, Mini B or any other small scale off road RC cars. These parts were intended to complement my Mini RC track system and were designed to be modular so you can chose what parts you want to use and how wide (in one foot widths) you would like to setup your track. You can attach all the parts together, in sections or in any way you would like. The ramps can be carpeted too but I have not tried it yet
I've found some variation in the sheets of wood listed on Amazon. Some are listed as 12x18 inches but actually measure 300x450mm. There are links below with known dimensions. There are also files for metric and imperial boards so whatever you end up getting should work, just order the wood before you start printing parts.
Purchased Parts Needed for Ramps:
300x450x3 Millimeter Wood Sheet
Purchased Parts Needed for Attaching Ramps Together:
M4x30mm Flat Head Screws (Only for Box “T” Support)
Ramp Assembly Instructions:
- After printing the side rails and center cross parts, assemble them as shown in the image with 20mm M4 flat head screws to create the ramp frame. Leave screws all slightly loose for now so the cross parts can self orientate later.

- Use the correct drilling template to mark all of the side hole location on the wood sheet, drill them out and countersink them.
- Count the number of holes on the side rails and mark only the needed holes
- To save a little money, you may not need to use all the hole on every part. Check main images for reference

- Attach the wood sheet to the previously assembled frame

- Flip the ramp upside down and drill through the cross support screw holes

- Flip the ramp back over and counter sink the holes then screw down the wood sheet to the cross supports

- Finish tightening the screws that were left loose earlier.
- Occasionally, a little flexing the board may be needed for the ramp to sit correctly against other ramps
Ramp Attaching Notes:
- M4 Holes in the side rails can be used to attach ramps together side by side or to the next ramp or box. The holes are counter bored with the shape of an M4 nut so you can use an M4 nut on one side and an M4 cap head screw on the other side.
