🔍 设计初衷
▫️ 目前市面上大多使用的快速画测区工具为“回弹测区印章”,而印章最大的问题就是会对建筑物表面留下长久的印记,影响建筑物美观。
▫️ 还有寿命比较短,有油墨,有弄脏衣服的风险。
▫️ 所以自己设计一款小巧便捷,耗材廉价的快速划线工具,仅需不到2秒,即可画出一个16格测区。大大提高了工作效率。
🛠️ 设计过程
▫️ 经过1天构思,1天设计,1天改进。
▫️ 最初使用常见的壁纸刀结构设计,结果细小零件并不适合3D打印,最终无法使用。
▫️ 后来改了3版,最终达到基本能用的程度。
📁 文件支持
▫️ 已提供F3D/STEP格式文件,需要的可以自行修改。

🖨️ 打印配置
▫️ 分了3盘,第一盘是全部配件。第二盘是主体配件。第三盘是小配件。
▫️ 建议用2、3盘分开打印,以免炒面。
🧶 材料推荐
▫️ PETG材料(抗紫外线老化,更好的韧性)
⚙️ 设计优化
▫️ 经过多次修改,已经可以无需支撑打印。(为了能够无支撑,这个真的妥协了不少设计)

▫️ 主要构件使用螺丝固定时需注意方向(不可反向安装)

🔍 Design Purpose
▫️ Most current rapid zoning tools on the market are "rebound zoning stamps," which leave permanent marks on building surfaces and compromise aesthetics.
▫️ Additional issues: Short lifespan, ink leakage risks, and potential clothing stains.
▫️ This self-designed compact tool achieves rapid zoning (<2 seconds for 16 grids) with low-cost consumables, significantly improving work efficiency.
🛠️ Development Process
▫️ 1 day conceptualizing + 1 day designing + 1 day refining
▫️ Initial wallpaper knife mechanism failed due to 3D printing incompatibility with tiny components
▫️ 3 design iterations completed before reaching functional version
