This is a fully 3D printed ballpoint pen. I've always liked the Pilot G2, but wanted something a little more unique. So, I created this passthrough pen that uses the pilot G2 refills. 

There are two print options for this pen's case - one allows the center to pass all the way through the sheath. This is more of a fidget toy. 

The other option is designed to be a functional “carry” case. I put an extra wide pocket clip on it since I typically wear jeans, and this fits nicely over the edge. The pen itself doesn't pass all the way through, but it does have the same satisfying spiral effect.

Assembly Instructions:

• insert G2 pen refill into pen body
• screw cap into back of pen body
• Enjoy your pen!

NOTE: This design was made with the intention of being printed in ABS or PA, possibly PETG. Please note that the strength of the passthrough case will depend on the material it is printed in. 

ALSO NOTE: This profile REQUIRES you to have your filament temperatures tuned. Poorly tuned filament profiles may result in passthroughs that don't work or weak passthroughs.
