I was looking for an arrow stencil on Makersworld and found a limited selection so I quickly designed one and thought I'd upload it for those who may need it. The arrow itself is 192mm long and 85mm across the arrow head. You can resize but length is pretty much maximum on the 256 plate. Printed in basic pla with a thickness of 0.5mm.
