I have been using it for 4 years almost every day without any problem and max weight that has been loaded on is was 120kg (264,5lbs).

Use rubber pads between blocks and walls, so the walls are not damaged and mainly so the block doesnt slip.

Recomended fasteners:
8x Screw M8x110mm
16x Washer M8
8x Selflocking nut M8
Rubber pad 10mm thick
