Simple angle guide for sharpening knives with wetstone.
- Put on top of wetstone and place the knife on top
- Once the angle is achieved, remove the guide and start sharpening
- Feel free to occasionally check if the angle is correct.
- Before use, consult knifemaker's guide for sharpening angle
- 15° - usually used used for Japanese-made chef's knives
- 20° - usually used for European/USA-made chef's knives
Printing Guide
- Default settings with PLA/PLA+ work fine
- For cleaner finish, use 0.16mm layer height
