This is a remix of openGrid lite that provides a stack of four plates with separator for multimaterial printing. The intention is for the separator material to be easy to separate, for example PLA and PETG. When slicing there is a 0.1mm gap between the material layers to ensure the slicer provides the solid infill between the plates and the separator.

Cleanup should be easy and the material should detach with minimal force, no color mixing should be present if the flushing volumes are correct. The printing orientation ensure minimal material used for the separator, the separator layer should match the bed temperature of the main material and have an increased flow to be a thick layer, for example I used PLA as separator for PETG tiles, and increased the flow ratio from 0.98 to 1.1

This is openGrid, a general use wall and desk mounting framework/ecosystem. openGrid uses an opinionated design, focusing on ease of use and a clear structure for all the base parts. Still it is mainly meant to be extended by everybody out there, thus all the necessary files for remixing and modelling are also provided.

Another focus is that it should be as "living room compatible" possible. This means one of the goals was to create a reduced, nice looking design for everything.

openGrid uses a gridfinity compatible grid size of 28mm and also tries to incorporate existing solutions like Multiboard, HSW, GOEWS and the good old metric screws. Also it has first class support for Underware.

As a framework it is meant to be extended by you, it's user! Feel free to create any parts you like - also drop me a note if any of the provided modeling files lack details or anything else is missing. openGrid tries to embrace an open ecosystem and community.
