This is a simple camera mount for a small camera like a GoPro or small video camera.  It mounts a camera to anything 3/16 inch thick or less.  With a quick change of one number in the CAD you could make that opening larger.  

There are a few bolts and nuts needed to make this work.  These are listed below.

All Hardware is ¼ 20 

2 x 1.25" long hex head bolts

1 x 1.25-1.75" long button head bolt

3 x wingnuts

2 x washers

1 x nut

1 x nylock nut

Several pictures are included to show how the nuts and bolts are used.

The first 1.25 inch, 1 washer and one wingnut attach the top to the bottom.

The buttonhead bolt, a Nylock Nut and a wingnut becomes the clamping bolt.

The other hex head bolt, a washer, a nut and a wingnut become the mounting bolt for the camera.  The bolt nut and washer stay in place and the wingnut is used to lockdown the camera.

I designed this for use on an FRC Reefscape game field where there is a .125 inch sheet metal piece that we needed to mount a camera to and the camera clamps we had were not adjustable enough for our needs.
