A rugged stackable gridfinity box.

The base is smaller so it can also fit on the a1 mini. 4x4 of 36mm base dimensions instead of the 42 mm base and 105mm interior heigh (aprox 18x13cm total box).

Printed at 0.24 leyer height.

To fill the space in the box you will need to use rows that add up to 105mm height. Example: 3 rows of 5 units height (35mm) or 2 rows of 7 units + 8 units height (49mm+ 56mm) or combine as you wish like - just 2 rows of 7 units height (49mm). If you want any custom dimension feel free to ask and I will create the print profiles.

Box is assembled using 4 M3x40 and 2 M3x55 hex socket head cap screws (DIN 912). I ordered the screws form Aliexpress. You can find photos of the fully assembled box.

The hinges and latches are attached using M3 screws (M3x40). You can also use the dowel pins from the bambu store.

For the handles, two M3x55 screws are needed. If you dont want to use handles you can use only M3x40 so a total of 6 M3x40 hex socket head cap screws (DIN 912).

If you stack multiple boxes and want to secure them with latches additional 12 M3x40 screws are required for the latches that hold the stacked boxes together.
