This 3D-printable modular thread spool holder is designed for durability, easy printing, and expandability. Organize your thread spools and bobbins on this simple desktop holder.

The shelves from this model should fit in those side pieces if you want a perfectly vertical spool holder!

Unlike previous designs where pegs could snap under stress, this version is optimized for strength while maintaining a fast, support-minimized print on standard Bambu Lab plates.

A second print profile for a “middle” piece is designed to allow you to combine two sets of struts to expand the storage in one place. By printing this and an additional 5 struts, you can expand the holder as much as you want to hold more spools.

Just print out both plates, snap them together and you're good to go! You can print the struts without using support material but it takes significantly longer and will result in very weak pegs that can easily break. I will include a print profile for that as well, but be warned, the standard version with supports is far superior and worth the little support material.

A1 mini print profile is available, just have to print each piece separately.
