I've only tested this spinner at 100% , but the tolerance for the spinner is a decent size so scaling down a bit should work well. If scaling up the spinner might get a bit too loose so I don't recommend it. In the 3MF file you could also delete the spinner in the objects tab and just print a cute donut model. If you do that, you can print whatever size you'd like, but you might need supports for the bottom since there is a bit of a steep curve.
