This is a 1:10 scale version of your common table vise.

The movable jaw can be moved unless you choose to glue it into place. Itty bitty dabs of any super glue will be needed for assembly. 

You can use filament to secure/position of the stationary jaw to the base, or just glue it. Up to you guys! 

 1:16 scale can be achieved by inputting 62.5% in Scale option with Uniform Scaling checked :D
