The rounded shape provides a comfortable grip, while the wide base helps spread pressure across the lid. The underside includes a recessed mounting boss with a 5.5 mm hole designed for the mounting screw to thread directly into the printed part.

Fit and Installation

• Intended for lids that use a single center mounting screw
• Mounting hole diameter: 5.5 mm
• Reuse the original screw and washer when possible
• Do not overtighten, as excessive force may damage the print or lid
• Check the screw length before installation to ensure it does not protrude into the handle grip

Material Recommendations

For actual cookware use, print with a filament that can tolerate heat:

• ASA, ABS, polycarbonate, or another heat-resistant material is preferred
• PETG may work for lower-temperature lids but can soften if exposed to high heat
• PLA is not recommended because it may deform near a hot pot or pan

This is best suited for stovetop lids where the handle is not exposed to direct flame or oven temperatures.
