You can start out with whatever base color egg you want

They stand on their own

Keep them forever

90% - 100% scale is approximately the size of a large to extra-large egg

You can reduce the infill to save some material or increase to make them stronger

Depending on the filament you use you may want to prime your egg before painting to help the paint stick.
