As a person who has had to deal with anxiety and PTSD I wanted to create something small that you can have in your pocket and can use to take your mind off of the issues at hand. I tend to lean more towards textural things and tried my hand at what is also known as a worry stone.
There are 2 print plates that offer the ability to customize any text you would like to have on these. Hope you enjoy!
