I’m excited to share my custom Tool Grid base. I designed this system with interlocking dog bone connectors to achieve the cleanest look possible while still allowing for small, locking corner pieces. Only two dog bones are required per a side. 

These plates maintain the exact spacing of OEM ToolGrid hardware, so all your existing holders will fit perfectly. For those looking to save on filament, I’ve added "Light" plate options (no bottom layer) that work great in PETG or PLA.

I’ve included the sliced files for the two large drawers of a 72" U.S. General Series 3 cabinet; if you have the 56" version, you’ll want to double-check your drawer measurements first. I also made the upper cabinet large drawer. The print profile shows the details. I used the original OEM screws for the install—dimensions are listed below!
