Created in Blender and Meshmixer.
(Printed in Bambu Labs PLA Matte Ivory White)
Make sure your filament is dry and the filament flow is calibrated; wash your buildplate with dishwashing liquid for best adhesion.
UPDATE: By user request I added a second smaller version, it´s not just scaled down, it´s redone to keep the holes if good size, it prints very clean.
UPDATE2: I added a smaller version with bigger holes, it at the cost of a "jagged" opening. (In my opinion the one with the smaller holes looks cleaner)
