Raspberry Pi case for use with Raspberry Pi 5 with POE Hat + Nvme which I purchased from Amazon. No tools or supports. Just place and clip together.

Step 1. After printing plate 1. Place the Raspberry Pi + POE Hat on top of the bottom section of the housing and place the top section of the housing on top of the POE Hat.  

Step 2. After printing plate 2. Attach the end caps to their corresponding sides to check fitting and tolerance.

Step 3. After printing plate 3 remove the end caps and slide the bumper ends over the Raspberry Pi housing and then replace the end caps back into position ensuring the small square holes from the bumper ends line up with the small square holes from the end caps.

Step 4. After printing plate 4. Place each edge protector on its corresponding corner taking care to install each edge protector clip into the correct length slot.
