Because the facial features protrude from the head, you should be able to make this print without an AMS. There is only one filament change and no purge tower. I do not know if this requires a different print profile. (please let me know if it does)

If you are having trouble sliding them on your drawstrings, try using a toothpick or a small hex key to push the string through.
