Before Customization

1. Download Test File
   • Before printing, download the test file LEGOBasePlateTest.3mf, which includes 4 cylinder diameters (4.8mm, 4.9mm, 5.0mm, 5.1mm).
   • Printed parts are labeled with their diameters on the back for easy post-test selection.
   • Adjustment: If the fit is too tight → decrease cylinder_diameter (e.g., 5.1 → 5.0); if too loose → increase the diameter.
2. Auto Adjusting Rules
   • Length/Width: Automatically rounded down to the nearest 8mm multiple.
     • Example: Input 100mm → Adjusted to 96mm (8×12).
   • Height: Automatically rounded down to the nearest 1.6mm multiple.
     • Example: Input 5mm → Adjusted to 4.8mm (1.6×3).
   • Ensures strict alignment with modular brick spacing/height standards to prevent compatibility issues.
3. Cylinder Precision Adjustment
   • The cylinder_resolution parameter controls the number of facets on cylinders. Higher values → smoother curves (default 100 balances quality and performance).
   • For high-precision needs (e.g., resin printing): Set to 200+.
4. If errors caused by material shrinkage affect assembly, consider modifying parameters in the “ 不建议修改参数 - Not Recommended ” section or reduce the print size.

定制前必读

1. 下载测试文件
   • 在正式打印前，请先下载测试文件LEGOBasePlateTest.3mf，其中包含4种圆柱直径（4.8mm/4.9mm/5.0mm/5.1mm）。
   • 打印件背面标注了对应直径值，便于测试后选择最适配的松紧度。
   • 调整方法：若拼插过紧→减小主文件中cylinder_diameter（如5.1→5.0）；若过松→增大直径。
2. 自动校正规则
   • 长/宽：自动向下取整至8mm的倍数
     • 示例：输入100mm → 校正为96mm（8×12）。
   • 高度：自动向下取整至1.6mm的倍数
     • 示例：输入5mm → 校正为4.8mm（1.6×3）。
   • 此逻辑确保底板与积木颗粒的间距/高度严格对齐，避免兼容性问题。
3. 圆柱精度调节
   • cylinder_resolution参数控制圆柱面数，值越高→圆弧越平滑（默认100已平衡效果与性能）。
   • 高精度需求（如光固化打印）可设为200+。
4. 如果材料收缩率导致的误差影响装配，可考虑修改 “ 不建议修改参数 - Not Recommended ” 中的，或减小打印尺寸。
