Assembly is for 5 - 10 minutes.

Print all 24 pieces .1 - 12 anf A - L . Sort them and follow few instructions.

Start with 2,3 & A,B

then add C & D

then add 3 & 4

then 5 & 6 

then E & F

then 7 & 8 

and so on for the rest. It becomes easy after a while.
