a few minor changes. 
a small lip added around each part where they join, this makes them a little more airtight (maybe), and also hold them together better, i also found that the 4 screws holding the handle were good enough to hold it all together without the need to use the screws between each part. your success with that will depends on filament shrinkage though.
during assembly note the lips as they won't join together if your trying to do it wrong, join 2 together ,then the other 2 , then join the 2 sets of 2, hope that makes sense.  eg join part 1&2, and 3&4, then then those 2 together. 
 

Python AMS Enclosure Lid with overlap & flange
Designed in Fusion. 
i found the lid on the enclosure on my Python AMS was not flush fitting and was allowing to much air movement for the desiccant.
also, i had cut my own clear plastic for the windows and cutting DIY with the curves was too much of a challenge.
so i redesigned the lid with an overlap on the top and a inner ledge also. 
to get it more airtight add a bit of foam tape around the edge.  
If printing with PLA for the passive enclosure i found no need to screw together as the dovetails and handle hold it together well enough.
also, the corner magnets are not really needed as it fits flush however if you do need them i made the holes suitable for 10mm size magnets. let me know if you need a different size hole
