The 117mm fit perfectly with a standard cheap 4" plastic pot.

Note for the print :

I don't recommand to scaled them down since the bead for the locking saucer will be smaller and may not work properly.

If you want to scaled them to fit something more precise, take the one just smaller than your need and scaled it up.
