This work was inspired by CWColdwelll work from this model, along side the Swatch Display Board by Bambu Lab, I made this Split Flap Swatches Display.
 

Assembly:
1- Put the swatches into the boards.

2- Insert the broad into the wheels from one side only.
 

3- Add the other wheel to the other side.

Note: Make sure the squares are aligned.

Another Note: it's easer to plug 3 boards, then do the rest.

4- Place the boards inside the base, and put the shaft through the wheels, start with the rounded end of the shatf from right to left.

It's a bit tuff, but doing it slowly will help.

5- Plug the crank.

6- Plug the small footinserts.
