IMPORTANT UPDATE: Optimized Design!
I have completely revised the model to resolve previous tolerance issues and make the assembly process much smoother and more reliable.
Key Improvements:
- Redesigned Top Cap: I have completely overhauled the cap design. It now features dedicated slots for the columns, ensuring a much more precise assembly and significantly improving the overall stability of the lamp.
- Improved Fit: I widened the panel slots to ensure a smooth, effortless insertion without forcing the parts.
- Robust Panels: Increased panel thickness from 0.5 mm to 1 mm. This prevents color separation (delamination) when removing parts from the build plate and ensures better structural integrity.
- Reinforced Structure: The four main columns are now thicker to reduce vibrations during printing. I also increased the depth of the panel guides for a perfect lock.
