Blind coupler for HDMI-cables

This coupler connects the two ends of a HDMI-cable in order to cap off and protect the connectors, and to keep everything in place and organized, when the cable is wound up.

This coupler is BLIND, it does not conduct the signal, thus the coupler can not be used to electrically extend two cables.

Assembly

The model is ready for use directly from the print plate. Just insert the HDMI connectors into each side of the coupler.

This coupler goes greatly with race85com's Cable Clip - Yet Another Cable Organizer Holder.

If the connector is too tight or too loose, you can try adjusting the clearance parameter in steps of 0,05 - 0,10mm in the F3D-file.

Print Settings:

The coupler in the images is printed without support from 'Bambu Lab Liliac Purple PLA Matte' at 0.23mm layer height with a 0.4mm nozzle on a Bambu Lab X1C.
