Simple star earring stops to keep your earrings where they're supposed to be. Tested to work with a .4mm nozzle and should fit your earrings first print.  If there is issues with fitment, adjust the “X-Y hole compensation” setting in the quality tab by +/- .05mm if you need a bigger/smaller hole.
