I got sick of the windshield suction cup falling off the dash so I created this simple flat based mount that uses double sided tape to stick on to the dash. The head swivels to allow you to make the tuner level if you need to mount on an angled surface like I do. The only extra needed part is a screw(I used a #8x5/8" sheet metal screw). 

Make sure you print it out of a heat resistant material, I used PETG.
