The Dummy 13 by Soozafone is, in my opinion, one of the most brilliantly designed models ever. Its immense popularity speaks for itself—achieving an astonishing 2,000 downloads on its first day!

I absolutely love the Dummy 13, but I wanted to take it a step further by creating a fully print-in-place version. This redesign retains the exact same joint layout as the original but prints all in one go, requiring no assembly whatsoever. It is also fully compatible with all Dummy 13 hands, allowing for easy customization, and also features a cutout in the back designed to fit the Dummy 13 stands. (Download hands here!)

Print Settings:

  • Layer Height: 0.2mm (for best detail and smooth movement)
  • Infill: 15-20% (higher for durability)
  • Supports: None required
  • Bed Adhesion: Brim or skirt (optional, depending on your printer)
  • Material: PLA, PETG, or ABS (PLA recommended for easy printing)
  • Print Time: Under 1 hour (varies by printer speed)
  • Raft: Recommended but optional

Important Notes:

Since this model is print-in-place, there is a 0.4mm clearance between ball joints and casings. While this ensures smooth articulation, it means the figure won't hold poses as firmly as the original Dummy 13.

This model is quick, easy to print, and fun to pose—a fantastic addition to any 3D printing collection!
